Side Poses
1. Side Chest – One arm flexed with the chest expanded to exhibit development in the chest.

Back Poses1. Back Double Biceps – Same as the front double biceps, except from the rear; will include biceps, shoulders, and hamstrings.

1. Vacuum Pose – Tucking the stomach in to expose a small waist and V-taper, quite common in the Classic Physique.
2. Hands Over Head Abs Pose – Arms over the head and flexing their abs.
3. Calm Pose – Aesthetically posed stance with arms being relaxed, highly common in bodybuilding classics.
